Ollie & Amiee got married at Bridge House Barn in Leicestershire on a uncharacteristically scorching April day. With the bride hailing from Morecambe the couple wanted a seaside feel with flowers at the heart.
We created two huge installations for the venue; one being a flower hoop which hung from the centre of the tipi greeting guests as they arrived and the other being a 4 meter long floral garland framing the spot where the bride and groom would say "I do".
Foliage was key in creating the wild and abundant, natural look the couple dreamed of, with plenty of Spring classics including Ranunculus and Tulips. The bride wore an understated flower crown made exclusively of wax flowers which complemented her elegant Nottinghamshire lace dress perfectly. The bouquet was an oversized asymmetrical design in reds and blues to complement the classic British coastal theme.
It is said that if you love your job then every day feels like a holiday and having played a part in creating Ollie and Amiee's perfect British seaside celebration we can certainly agree with that.
